[Patch Release] Update 30

A new update has been released:

-Voyager class stats, skills cooldown and consumption has been balanced,
-Phyllis crussader equipmnets has been updates, all the shields swords and equips for crussader are now equippable on phyllis, (next update apparels swords too)
-Sharpshooter class defense update
-Arrest warrant added, we will announce our cop system
-New update: when a player reaches lv120, you get a free Crown of Decedent in your temporary bag
