[News] Change Email is back!

Hey everyone, I have spent all morning making a countdown script for dso to allow players change their email, the system countsdown from 300 seconds (5 minutes) displaying a message every 30 seconds (a fun fact) then the change email form is displayed allowing you to change your email as normal.

I have added the delay because it allows players to recover their password if they have been hacked before the hacker has a chance to change the email to theirs.

I have had many requests to re-added the change email form as some players setup a fake email or signed up when the registration form was removed and they do not have an email set.
